At Aventine Botanical Sciences, LLC, we stand firmly behind the clinical design and botanical integrity of Olivaro. Below are the full legal terms governing return requests, evaluation periods, and reimbursement timelines.
1. Scope and Eligibility Window
Every purchase made through olivaroz.com is backed by our 60-day refund guarantee. The eligibility window extends for precisely 60 calendar days starting from the delivery timestamp recorded by the carrier (USPS or UPS). Requests submitted after day 60 has expired are ineligible for reimbursement.
2. Usage Trial Requirement
Because natural phytonutrients require time to support cellular insulin sensitivity and metabolic homeostasis, we ask that customers maintain a continuous daily routine of two full droppers for at least 30 days before submitting a return request.
3. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
To initiate a return, send an email to [email protected] with your original order confirmation number. Our customer care desk will reply within one business day with an RMA number and return mailing instructions. Unsolicited packages returned without an authorized RMA number cannot be logged into our intake system.
4. Return Shipping and Restocking
The customer is responsible for return postage to our Seattle warehouse facility. We strongly recommend selecting a trackable carrier service. We do not assess restocking charges, processing penalties, or handling deductions: your refund will reflect the full purchase price paid for the returned package tier.
